RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*To make a return please follow these short steps

1. Email info@amarelleswimwear.com or send us a direct message on Instagram  to request a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order. Please allow our team 24 business hours to process your request.

2. Our team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be returned to USPS drop-off location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization. 

3. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.

Items must be returned new, in their original condition and packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our team as soon as possible. Items marked as SALE or purchased using a COUPON or PROMOCODE are FINAL SALE. Please note COUPONS or PROMOCODES cannot be used in conjunction with one another or store credits.

Coupons and promocodes may have exclusions within certain products.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization must be requested within fifteen days of order delivery.

Return authorization requests made after fifteen days may be declined.

Please note that a return authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, not in original condition. If you are returning a product due to defect, please include this information when requesting a return authorization

EXCHANGES
Amarelle Swimwear cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact info@amarelleswimwear.com for exchange assistance.

CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations will only be accepted within the first 24 hours after order has been placed.
